Q What is a virtual run?
A A virtual run can be completed anytime and anywhere, even indoors on a treadmill*. Run at your own pace at your own time. Simply complete the run to earn your finisher entitlements!

Q How does a virtual run work?
A Simply register for MARVEL Virtual Run on the MARVEL Content Hub or on the MOVE by LIV3LY app. Use the MOVE app or any integrated running apps to track your run. Complete the required distance anywhere and anytime within the clock-in period to receive your finisher entitlement upon successful completion. The finisher entitlements will be delivered to your mailing address.M/span>
Q How do I track my distance and time my run?
A Use the MOVE by LIV3LY running tracker to track the distance and time for your runs. You can also use any of your preferred running trackers by connecting it to the MOVE app via Apple Health (iOS devices) or Google Fit (Android devices). Alternatively, you can use any of your preferred running trackers and manually submit your workout on our Marvel Virtual Run workout submissions portal.
Treadmill tracking is limited to wearables available through Apple Health and Google Fit.
Q How do I connect my preferred running tracker?
A You can sync workouts from your preferred running tracker to the MOVE app via Apple Health and Google Fit. Follow the steps below to connect the MOVE app to Apple Health (iOS) or Google Fit (Android)
1. Open your MOVE run tracker.
2. Click on the settings icon.
3. Activate the 'Connect to Apple Health' or 'Connect to Google Fit' slider at the bottom of the screen.
4. For Apple Health, click 'Turn all categories on' to complete the integration with Apple Health. For Google Fit, grant MOVE by LIV3LY permission in the pop-ups to complete the integration with Google Fit.
You can now use your preferred running tracker to clock-in for the Marvel Virtual Run. Simply ensure that your preferred running track is connected to Apple Health or Google Fit for the workout to be transferred, this can be done in the app settings.

Q Who is eligible to participate?
A Registration is open to anyone aged 18 years and above with a registered mailing address in any of the following countries:
1. Singapore
2. Malaysia
3. Indonesia*
4. Thailand
5. Vietnam
6. Cambodia
7. Brunei
8. Myanmar
*Participants in Indonesia have to be 21 years and above.
Q I am travelling and will not be in any of the 9 participating countries during the clock-in period. Can I still participate?
A You are welcome to participate as long as the mailing address tagged to your entry is in any of the following 9 participating countries:
1. Singapore
2. Malaysia
3. Indonesia
4. Thailand
5. Vietnam
6. Cambodia
7. Brunei
8. Myanmar
Q What are the run categories, prices and entitlements?
A 5km category - Individual ($25)
Participants in this category will have to complete a total of 5km on their own between 1st January 2021 to 30th April 2021 to earn their 5km finisher entitlements. The 5km finisher entitlements include a MARVEL Virtual Run finisher t-shirt and a drawstring bag.
25km category - Individual ($35)
Participants in this category will have to complete a total of 25km on their own between 1st January 2021 to 30th April 2021 to earn their 25km finisher entitlements. The 25km individual category finisher entitlements include a MARVEL Virtual Run finisher t-shirt, a finisher trophy and a drawstring bag.
25km category - Team of 2 ($55)
Participants in this category will have to complete a collective distance of 25km as a pair between 1st January 2021 to 30th April 2021 to earn their finisher entitlements. The 25km team of 2 category finisher entitlements include 2 MARVEL Virtual Run finisher t-shirts, 2 finisher trophies and 2 drawstring bags. The entitlements will be delivered to the mailing address of the leader.
25km category - Team of 3 ($85)
Participants in this category will have to complete a collective distance of 25km as a trio between 1st January 2021 to 30th April 2021 to earn their finisher entitlements. The 25km team of 3 category finisher entitlements include 3 MARVEL Virtual Run finisher t-shirts, 3 finisher trophies and 3 drawstring bags. The entitlements will be delivered to the mailing address of the leader.
15km category - Parent & Child ($50)
Participants in this category will have to complete a collective distance of 15km with their child (6-17 years old) between 1st January 2021 to 30th April 2021 to earn their finisher entitlements. The 15km Parent & Child category finisher entitlements include 2 MARVEL Virtual Run finisher t-shirts, 2 finisher trophies and 1 drawstring bag. The entitlements will be delivered to the mailing address of the parent. There are limited slots available for the Parent & Child category and will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
Q How do I register for the Parent & Child category?
A You qualify for the Parent & Child category if your child is 6 to 17 years old. You can sign-up for the team of 2 category if your partner/buddy is 18 years old and above.
Simply select the Parent & Child category during registration to register. Select your finisher t-shirt size and your child's finisher t-shirt size (available in kid sizes).
Q How does my child clock-in for the Marvel Virtual Run Parent & Child category?
A Your child will have to clock-in and manually submit the completed distance to your (the parent) MOVE account through the manual workout submission portal. For children without mobile devices, they can submit a screenshot of their completed workout on your phone to their parent’s MOVE account for the completed distance to be attributed. For children with mobile devices, they can submit a screenshot of the completed workout on their own device to their parent's MOVE account for the completed distance to be attributed.
Q Do I have to complete the entire distance all at once?
A You do not. Feel free to spread the distance across multiple days as long as you complete the run by 30th April 2021.
Q What does team of 2 or team of 3 mean?
A Participants in the 25km category have the option of completing their run by combining their accumulated distance with a buddy (team of 2) or with 2 other buddies (team of 3). A buddy code is found on the confirmation email to the participant and can be used by your buddy(s) for their registration. The team's finisher entitlements will be delivered to the leader participant when the collective distance accumulated by the team reaches 25km.
Q How do I register for the Marvel Virtual Run?
A You can register for the MARVEL Virtual Run on the MARVEL Content Hub or through the MOVE by LIV3LY app.
Q How do I know if my registration has been accepted?
A You will receive an email upon successful registration shortly after your complete your online registration.
Q Why did I not receive the confirmation slip despite registering and making payment?
A This could be due to a variety of reasons as follows:
1. Your registration was not successful and therefore the confirmation slip was not rendered.
2. There could be an error in your email at the point of registration so the confirmation slip was not sent to the correct email address.
3. The email has been blocked by your mail server and/or is treated as spam.
4. Your payment failed to be processed.

Q If I decided not to do the 25km run which I had signed for, can I do the 5km run instead and vice versa?
A No, the run category is strictly non-transferable. Participants are not allowed to change categories once registration is confirmed.
Q Can I sign up for more than one category?
A You are welcome to consecutively sign-up for the different categories as long as you are able to complete the registered distances within the clock-in period (1st January 2021 - 30th April 2021).
Q What should I do if the Marvel Virtual Run event did not appear on my registered runs section on the MOVE by LIV3LY app after registering?
A Kindly check if you have received the confirmation slip and whether payment has been deducted from your bank/credit card. Do ensure that the email used for the MOVE app is the same email used to register for the event and the app is updated to the latest version.

Q How do I earn the Marvel Virtual Run finisher entitlements?
A Register for MARVEL Virtual Run and successfully complete your chosen distance by 30th April 2021 to get your hands on your finisher entitlements.
Q When will I receive my Marvel Virtual Run finisher entitlements?
A All entitlements will be delivered to you within 7 - 30 days after you have completed your registered distance.
Q Do you ship the entitlements internationally?
A Entitlements and the MARVEL Virtual Run merchandise will only be shipped to addresses in the following participating countries:

Q How can I get the Marvel Virtual Run finisher trophy?

Q Will I receive the finisher entitlements if I do not complete my registered distance by 30th April 2021?
A We encourage everyone to complete the registered distance by 30th April 2021 to earn their finisher entitlements.
Payment, Refunds and Returns
Q What are the payment options available for the Marvel Virtual Run registration?
A The available payment options are stated below.

- Bank transfer (Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand)
Q How do I apply the buddy code during registration?
A Before the payment page, you will be asked to input your unique buddy code in the promo code field to enjoy the complimentary buddy sign-up.
Q Can I apply more than one promo code at checkout?
A You can only use 1 promo code for each checkout.
Q Can I get a refund if I am unable to participate after registration?
A No, registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Q Can I change my mailing address after the order or clock-in period is over?
A You can send an email to contact@liv3ly.com with your new address and our customer service team will assist to amend your address. Do note that you will have to change your address before the entitlements or merchandise are mailed out to you. We will not be responsible for sending a replacement once the package has been dispatched. You are advised to confirm your mailing address before you complete your run.

Q How do I get the MOVE by LIV3LY app?
A Download and create your account on the MOVE by LIV3LY app - available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Q Do I need to download the app to participate in any of your virtual runs?
A Registration and payment for the Marvel Virtual Run can be done on both the MOVE by LIV3LY app and through the Marvel Content Hub.
Q Will the app be able to detect when I am not running?
A The MOVE by LIV3LY is able to detect if you are stationery or onboard a moving vehicle such as a car or a bicycle. In such cases, if the MOVE running tracker is on, it will not include that particular distance travelled in the total recorded distance.
